I build AI agents and write about the craft of building them.

I care, in roughly equal measure, about how things work and how sentences sound. Most of what I publish here begins as a problem at the workbench — a memory system that won’t stop hoarding, a pipeline with one representation too many — and ends, if I’m lucky, as something worth reading slowly.

This site is deliberately quiet. No feeds to refresh, no metrics on display, no growth loop. Just writing, a few shipped things, and a way to reach me.
